ReaLCoE is a comprehensive project, including partners along the complete value chain of the offshore wind energy sector. The aim to organize 15 partners and more than €32 Million within the span of 42 months is not a light task. This dictates for a clear and well-structured approach, promoting responsibility, accountability and cohesiveness.
